Originally, the hotel was built by The New York Central Railroad.  The 686-room hotel is one of

the most glamorous and elegant hotels in midtown Manhattan.  L&J and WBTA had been involved in numerous renovations including remodeling of The Marquee Ballroom, renovation of the health club, updating the hotel’s ADA compliance, and providing new administration suite.

MEP system design included the complete renovation of all guest rooms, corridors, and penthouse space which included all new branch circuits, panelboards, electric distribution, emergency lighting, lighting control and fire alarm system.
