ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES
On-call engineering services to various Travelers Insurance Company buildings including: 17 Central Row, 26 Grove Street, 740 Main Street North & South Buildings, and the Plaza Building.
17 Central Row
The work was performed on the following floors: 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 13th and 14th for a total of 250,000 SF.
Services included the following:
- Mechanical design included new ductwork, VAV boxes, temperature controls, diffusers and grilles.
- Electrical design included new lighting plans, power plans, electrical panels, data wiring and fire alarm system.
- Plumbing design included new Men and Women toilets, floor drains, piping and riser piping.
L&J also provided engineering services for the Storm Drain Piping Replacement project which provided new drain piping risers (total of 5) from the 18th floor to the basement main piping.
26 Grove Street
The work was performed on the following floors: 2th, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th for a total of 200,000 SF.
Services included the following:
- Mechanical design included new ductwork, VAV boxes, temperature controls, diffusers and grilles.
- Electrical design included new lighting plans, power plans, electrical panels, data wiring and fire alarm system.
- Plumbing design included new Men and Women toilets, floor drains, piping and riser piping.
L&J also provided engineering services for the Fan System Replacement project which provided five (5) new chilled water air handling units with piping and valves.
740 Main Street North
The work was performed on the following floors: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th for a total of 120,000 SF.
Services included the following:
- Mechanical design included new ductwork, VAV boxes, temperature controls, diffusers and grilles.
- Electrical design included new lighting plans, power plans, electrical panels, data wiring and fire alarm system.
- Plumbing design included new Men and Women toilets, floor drains, piping and riser piping.
L&J also provided engineering services for the Heating Coil Replacement project which provided eight (8) new heating coils to the existing fan system.
