The club also included reception, sales area, lounge, fitness shop, juice bar, kids club, handicap access elevator, laundry and a dedicated lounge for condominium owners.

Since the fitness club is part of the LEED Silver certified condominium building, it is designed with many sustainable design features. HVAC system design consisted of energy efficient water cooled heat pump units providing cooling and heating and ventilation systems for locker rooms and bathrooms. Heat recovered from the club during winter season is utilized to heat the residential areas via central water loop. The round ductwork and diffusers were designed to achieve aesthetic and open architecture in the Cardio Theatre, the Main Studio, the Strength Area, and the Yoga Center.

Electrical system design was direct metered from Con Edison and distributed to lighting, receptacles, fitness equipment, appliances and HVAC equipment via lighting and power panelboards located in Equinox Electric Room, as well as, emergency egress lighting, cable TV, telephone and smoke detection systems.

Plumbing system design included domestic hot and cold water, sanitary and storm systems, as well as, sprinkler and fire standpipe systems. Water saving plumbing fixtures including waterless urinals were utilized as sustainable design features. Purified domestic water system is utilized for showers, drinking fountains and juice bar.
