RENOVATION
OLD WESTBURY, NEW YORK

The project consisted of the addition/alteration of approximately 40,000 SF of synagogue space which included kitchen, banquet hall, and pre-banquet hall utilities. The mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems were upgraded for the expansion and extended in the future by the user under a separate project within the rooms.

Work also included the upgrade/modification of existing air-conditioning system, gas heating, sprinkler system, and fire alarm system in existing non-renovated spaces. For the Parsonage/Residence Building, L&J provided design of new electric service, sizing of heating system and air-conditioning system, and plumbing riser diagrams.
