UPPER HARLEM LINE STATION IMPROVEMENTS
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK

 

The project involved the design for ADA compliant renovations to key station improvements which included the Hudson Line, Harlem Line, and West of the Hudson service areas.

The following seven stations were part of this project: Tarrytown, White Plains, Nanuet, Poughkeepsie, Harriman, Yonkers and Brewster, New York. The scope of work included ticket windows, station buildings, and accessible routes from parking areas to station platforms.

MEP system design included enhanced lighting for exterior and interior areas, high bay and low bay lighting for architecturally sensitive areas, electrical distribution, time and photo sensor lighting control system, fire alarm system, plumbing and fixture upgrade for the accessible restrooms.
